Running thru Blackburrow at lvl 1 should be quite an adventure... I don't think there are many people there, so it's unlikely that your path will be clear of gnolls.

It's usually full of people farming gnoll fangs, in my experience. Sometimes no one is on the top level, though.

I'll be raising a monk, so I'll need all sorts of Gnoll parts for the two gear quests in there. Sounds like a fine place to farm until my eyes bleed.

Chai, I just started in Qeynos, so with luck we will meet in Black Burrow this weekend maybe. I am at an awesome level two already...

First, when you go the bar, wear a silk shirt. It helps to be touchable, and silk is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Then make sure to sport a very light amount of cologne, if any. Strong scents can be an affront to many. Soap and water with a little bit of deodorant is plenty. Flash a lot of cash and be engaging and friendly. If you're going to get a hum at a bar, this is probably the easiest way.

People are nice here, and this game can be very unforgiving. You should beg a few pp from someone and buy the shaman spells that are not available in other places up until level 12.(many can be gotten at cleric or druid guilds in much more awesome places) Then you should bank them anything else you own and run to qeynos naked and bind there, and not go back to halas until you absolutely must. You'll probably die at least once on this run.

Everfrost is seriously terrible and easily one of the worst 3 newb zones in the game. Qeynos and BBurrow are so much better and will have other players to group with.
