You're not answering his question and you're talking about quiver haste patch date. Quiver haste is a derail of this thread, so please stop discussing it. This is about item haste not reducing range attack cool down like it should. The whole fleeting quiver discussion thread on zam seems to agree that worn haste functions for bows.

Goes to show how little people care about this issue, an issue primarily affecting Rangers, that they bring up a closed topic in a thread about why Rangers have been dick'd for years.

When Nilbog or Haynar or whoever implemented the code to introduce Quiver haste thats what may have broken your worn haste.

If you don't understand why quiver haste is relevant regarding worn haste I'm not sure what to tell you.

His question was already answered:

Worn Haste + Spell/Bard Haste + Quiver Haste

It's not a ranged attack specific issue. It's a UI refresh issue which also effects all skills linked to worn haste, such as backstab / flying kick. Haynar's guess was that it happned when they took haste % off item links. Quite honestly, this isn't the important thread. This one is.
