This seems to be a real problem for people looking to xp in SolA recently.

Every time I've gone there in the past month, including fairly off peak times, there's been at least one monk and sometimes a necromancer of around 50th level just clearing out the zone. Often times they'll let mobs run off (I guess to autopull other areas of the zone?) which ends up training whatever groups are fighting at the centre of the zone. Additionally these people seem happy to run straight past a group and into the are they are pulling from.

You used to occasionally see this in the past, but now it seems to be like this 24/7!

I guess people with characters in their 20s/early thirties need to "L2P" and "quit whining" lol.

Indeed! And they have no care about setting up trains that steam roll anyone that happens to be XPing in the zone.

Fortunately Rutlander was able to earn some kudos by doing a few corpse drags/rezzes to unfortunate victims last night.

Stopped in the other night and all I saw was a single lvl 30-ish group. How common is this, really?

Camp stealing and training are against the server rules, run logs and fraps this behavior. As a last resort if they are being unreasonable, create a concise petition with a link to the fraps video and the relevant log data.

You will need to provide the exact time, date, and character names so the GM can look at their own logs, if needed. Retribution will follow.

So I left p99 for a while, the amount of crybabies has fucking skyrocketed.

Is this due to the influx of bads from ragefire? What the hell is going on?

Just more players. As new players join the potential for butthurt rises exponentially. At this point every time a new person starts playing the levels of butthurt rise 12% across the population.
