Reduce spawn timers for common xp leveling mobs. Helps solve for bard kiting issue and twink groups handling multiple camps with ease. Goblins in HHK was multiple camps on live, now it's one camp and are killed with ease and we twiddle our thumbs waiting for repop.
i agree, faster mob spawns so overthere and BW can support more bard kiting
