What makes Necros different then other casters? Cause some of their spells have -resist's on them?

They refuse to tone down melee dmg to classic lvl's, but insist on keeping the 66% nerf to caster dmg, so kunark was the age of the melee, while Velious will be the end of casters in pvp.
