LOIO exp sucks. Why are you there? To camp where bards are known to kite? The claim they are training you? You do realize that can backfire? And you had to stay there how long before ur first bard you are trying to get banned show up? Griefing others is also bannable.

Maybe one of our volunteer guides will get to you soon. However, posting you complaints for all to debate, generally doesnt help speed up the process.
