I had actually casually asked about this a few weeks ago. No one seems to know if there was a Best of the Best tournament on P99? I remember on Povar there were regular events held, prizes and after large events/championships even titles would be bestowed.

Yes they do BOTB, just do a forum search. I'm not sure when the next one is, though.
