Also, go to Dell's website, look up your model and find out the possible Nvidia chipsets it might be. (most models will have either 1 or 2 different chipsets available for that model)

Download one of the XXXM drivers from Nvidia and try to install it. The software will tell you if the hardware is there for installation. If so, just install it and try it out.
