Ultron is formed from Loki's scepter, because the gem holds a Jarvis-like sentience within it, but stronger. It's one of the 6 relics Thor is looking for.

The mid-credits scene shows Thanos and the Infinite gauntlet.

Movie sucked anyway. Totally predictable in all regards and suffered from Iron Man 3 syndrome. I.e, inconsequential actions and glossing over large flaws.

The 'spoilers' is basically just a sum of the movie. Trust me, that is all you need to move on.
