Isn't forager/hunter a wandering mob? I'm not for certain, but I don't think this is a 'camp' per say.

The Mob was headed towards Fresh camp who had people inrange that I pvped, I killed the mob after pvping Fresh, that's not against the rules.

i will start bringing a level 15 character with me to everything that i camp, so that if i get killed and someone takes the mob, i'm allowed to file a petition saying they took the camp from someone out of range
