Also, P99 devs have mentioned they are considering implementing a "city-wide" OOC, which I would call a "cities-only" OOC, which would connect all city zones into one OOC; whereas non-city zones would have the classic zone-wide OOC. If they're going to do it, it'll probably be after Velious.

Hey guys, I am not sure if anyone else agrees with me here, but the serverwide /ooc is being abused beyond words for nothing but trolling and arguments. Is it me or does it seem like it should be removed or everyone should be limited to 1 /ooc per minute? At this point it seems to be insanely out of control.

All the GM's need to do is randomly login to red and suspend people who are abusing it. During peak hours you can tell who is abusing it within a few minutes. Once they start randomly doing that on a consistent basis, the amount of worthless spam/trolling will go down immensely.

That's three options you have chosen not to use, in ignorance or otherwise.
