I really have no negative experience with him. My only contact was quite positive.
Since the boats were broken I /petitioned to be ported to OOT. After about 5 minutes Uthgaard asked me "Destination?"
I (remembering incorrectly) asked to be dropped with the Kiola Nut vendor, thinking that would put me on the 'brother isle'.
When I landed next to the actual vendor, I got face-raped and died.
Sisters don't like Bertoxx worshippers. I told him (again incorrectly) that he dropped me on the wrong island and I died, he not only 100% rezzed me, but then ported me to the right Isle.
Doesn't get much better than that.

Never had an issue with any guild or GM. But then again I don't view them as the lurking "daddy" in the shadows ready to fulfill my every whim either.

Uthgaard especially seems to have a sense of playfulness, that I hope he keeps given the bitching that goes on about him [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] The one time we got to hang out (petitioned some crazy pathing bugs in guk) he took the time to talk to all of us, do some illusions & was just terrific. It was most appreciated by all of us and we have some fun SS to mark the occasion.

He does great work for the server. He's not very pleasant to interact with. Fortunately, it's fairly obvious which counts for more.

I've yet to find a fairly reasonable person who has anything against Uthgaard. Every one of them either rants in really stupid nerd-rage ways, or starts screaming like a child without their lollipop instead of taking care of grievances in the prescribed way, or they start expecting "rights" because they play on the server or donate to the server...

Given that being so much as irritated with a bank clerk can get you carried out by security guards, I wonder how some of these people operate IRL...
