This is why you aren't a lawyer/ in charge of anything, Exed.

GM's aren't really prone to "street justice" bans. They need cold, hard proof. Not tells. Tells can be refuted by an opposing party simply by saying "that guy is lying." They don't just take people for their word here, because anyone can say anything about anyone.

Lite made a thread with screenshots of tells from a phantom guild member in Holocaust commending him for what Azrael does for the server, but with the slightest scrutiny of its syntax you could tell it was him writing it.

Basically, tells don't mean anything. Tells are just people saying things.

It's about Goot being suspended in a clear cut case of using a prohibited word in a public channel versus Nirgon allegedly doing something bad to some people (according to them) but without anything except for their word that it actually happened, and it's really, really unfair apparently.

atleast that would be some real proof. I mean u expect gms to believe the word of a junkie who has stripped every piece of gear hes ever had access to and has had every character hes ever played banned? If someone screenshots me saying that you bought all the gear that takyn has from sektor does that make it true?

you know why im walking around free and have been since 2 weeks after i was banned over 2 1/2 years ago ,,, because the bann is bull shit .. if i am who they say i am ... why aint i permabanned ? why would they allow me to have geared VP chars on both servers and over mil plat on blue and over 350k on red ? ..... doesnt seem right does it ? dont worry when rogean gives my petition and fair shot and releases me ... ahhh gonna feel so goog!!
