I used to think druids were pretty good because of smallmee's domination.

However, I would love to 1v1 a druid now that the resists are changed and I have 140+ Cold and Fire resist, I think it would be laughable.

darwoth is so awesome at pvp he refused to 1v1 me on my wiz because he would lose

My druid just dinged 34 here last night. This is not meant as a statement about druids through all levels and in all zones on this server, but I'd have to say that rolling a druid here has been much more enjoyable so far than it was on blue.

Keep in mind that lvl 34 you get all of your ports except misty and EJ evac, so your income potential is very high. If you continue leveling, you get better at plvling, but 34 is still a good level for druid income. If leveling/pvp past 34 begins to suck, at least I'll have the income potential to quickly twink a new char. So how was leveling to 34 on this server? Straight up awesome. Levels flew by, and I was able to charm, heal, and usually pull in groups. Basically I got to feel like an enchanter, the key member of the group.

14-20ish: crocs in oasis
20ish to 26ish: LoIO windmill cats
30ish to 34 (and higher): Cazic-thule (gorilla pet ftw)

If you get the opportunity to group with 3-5 other players elsewhere, of course go for it, but if you're not enjoying those places (CB/unrest/MM/etc.), make your own group somewhere with animals. Unlike on blue, people are absolutely desperate to group up while leveling.

Yeah people playing classes that are "underpowered" and performing well are the worst players in eq.
