Can't really fault people for not making risky plays in PoF imo.

How does a 20 man raid force snipe anything against a guild 3x it's size. You could have dedicated even 20/60 people to stop Azrael from killing anything? Or is 40 not enough to slay the dragons of kunark?

Who is the 20 man guild, we talking about FoH or Azrael?

In either case I would recommend then recruit and contest. As of right now both guilds sound like non factors.
