Archestratie just turn your "Scan PC option" and "Real-Time Scanning". I keep those off when playing P99. MacAfee are idiots they say they will fix it, but don't get around to anything. Just get a different antivirus next year.
You can keep the latest patch on your desktop and quick extract into your P99 folder to get the .dll back within 20seconds. If quarantine deletes the file ever, but typically you can just restore it from quarantine which takes 5 seconds. It's rare that it will fully delete it. Hope that helps I have the same issue and play fine. Antivirus will still warn you about dangerous sites/be able to repair computer if you visit one regardless of if the Scan PC and Real-Time Scanning are on or off. | ||

I had this problem as well. Norton AV program labeled the file a trojan and a high risk threat. Restored it and now can get back into P99...Highly addictive, AND your files are a threat to my PC..your bad, Project1999. VERY BAD.
