Won't run full screen

I use Win10, regular full screen (I do not run as admin or run in any compatibility modes.)

I then use an application called DMT (http://dualmonitortool.sourceforge.net/) to bind the mouse to a single screen.

This only seems to happen when running multiple monitor config's, clicking on the side of the screen changes the focus. I have a hot key to clamp the mouse to the screen.

Not idea but I need to spend some time and find a better full screen solution.

i have a new laptop and the resolutions do not match up between the two
