How long does it take for GMs to respond?

Less than 24hrs later, posts in public forum asking about wait times.

I was trying to figure out if i needed to put in another petition, since for some reason the IP exemption from a year ago was no longer applying.

I DID mention putting in a petition, but that thread came before the petition, because i wasnt even sure i needed one. Thought maybe something buggy was going on since we already had an exemption.

Initially it was a question as to why the original IP exemption wasnt working, which i ammended with teh correct info as per the sticky post's instructions. Want me to submit another one? If you saw it, why'd you just skip over it though?
