Animals, lol. People break the rules, not all of them are scumbags, some people should get a second chance trust me when I say a lot of these people wont mess around with the rules and word of mouth is very powerful for trying to bring more players with good intentions to come over.

Nobody's perfect, sometimes it takes something harsh like getting banned to change you, not everyone will react this way but a lot will.

Rmt is never going to stop, you could ban the entire server and as long as people are playing there will be rmt.
