Not sure how helpful it really is to be handing out two separate and unequal punishments for the same alleged offense

Normally a guild breaks a raiding rule like this and the guild is suspended from raiding. In this case it encourages guilds to go ahead and show up to raids they can't do or don't care about doing and train them just to cause grief.
Why doesn't a guild like FoH just go train fear every week and get banned from raiding fear? If this ruling was really set in stone there is no reason for Azrael to not train in TD every week just to fuck with guilds going for targets they don't care about. I'm okay with GMs getting involved but I marked option B because I think the way this instance was handled just opens the door for loop holes, petitions, meaningless raid suspensions, waste of time, etc. It also appears this is leading to everyone capturing video and most likely submitting much more to GMs then they will want to deal with. GMS* Think long and hard on what you want the consequences to be. Post them on the front page. Be ready to enforce them once they are posted. Once this is done show up to 2-3 important raids a week and make sure rules are enforced only on raids you witness. If time goes by and GMs loose their presence for a long period of time make a new post and repeat the process.

Some times a close call doesn't go your way or only one side has a fraps to submit
I wouldn't say constantly training raids is going to turn out well for anyone :P I'm glad we're putting pressure on leaders/officers to clean up their roster and punishing at the raid level now (see Lite as Novus admitting he ninja looted on a lvl 6, ya I got prof)

No one told them to train. No one intentionally trained mobs. What about to that ton of mobs on Zuljin eh? We had no mobs in camp when that call was made and someone immediately Skype msged Sirken when they heard it.
You, on purpose, trained shit in TD.
