I have a captain seat from a 1998 Pontiac Montana mounted into 2x4s on the floor to give me some height.

Comes with dual arm rests.
Cup holders on the side.
Adjustable head support.
Adjustable lumbar support.
Recline able.

I wish it could be rolled but I can't have everything now can I.
