Holocaust is recruiting players, awarding items based on participation and help building the guild. We do not destroy items in front of members until they've raided for 6 months. We do not RMT loot. We will help you get your epic. We will help you learn not to AFK, we will teach you to carry pumice, we will treat you like an inner circle member from day 1. We are interested in growing this server for the community's sake and are tired of the "red is dead" days. Join us. This has the potential to be a great server. I am personally making strides every day to convince our officer core to make hard rules against killing untagged players (unless proven to be a total scum's alt) or players in upcoming guilds.

I cordially invite any Azrael, blue server guild or otherwise to leave their selfish guilds of old who do not recruit and are not interested in building this community to join Holocaust.

The staff has tried to revive red, but the server has been to greedy to do the things they need to do to help the GMs plans succeed. You can have all the GM events you want but if some group of people who don't need gear and are trying to grief people off shit it up every time, what's the point? Let's say Derubael spends a week scripting together an event, guises are handed out and good feelings are had by all. Then for the next month a guild goes from zone to zone forcing people to call LNS until they log? It does not work for the community, it doesn't work for boosting population and it doesn't work for the guild doing it.



tl;dr: Play red today. Join Holocaust. Gear up and leave if you want to. Long live EQ PvP, it's not some 3v3 arena bull shit and you don't have to "defend the mill" for honor points.

Nirg I gotta call BS. I remember when i was with my founding fathers pals levels 40-44ish you and cast on his bard would routinely swing by our freeport xp groups dropping ice comets on anyone thats in range when you were level 50. not that there's anything wrong with that, but please don't preach like you are some white knight that never pvp'd people lower than you. same type of shit you claim other people are "scum" for.

Also remember when holocaust lost pvp in fear a few months ago and then refused to call LNS and cried about being griefed? you basically griefed your own members and used that as some bullshit propoganda.

whenver i see all this extremist bullshit about how azrael is pure scum and holo is this, and nihi is that, I know that whoever says that is truly ignorant. there's good and bad in all guilds, otherwise they wouldn't have any members. what is truly unbalanced though is the forumquesting and propaganda spin doctors that are constantly shitting up the forums.

Holocaust did not lose fear pvp, we wiped to uncontest Draco/train.

We didn't call LnS because we are competent players and could do our own CR + even if we did call LnS Ax would not adhere because of the pve wipe (happened when 1 or 2 stragglers were running through at odd hours and we're told to call guild LnS).

Who cried? Who said we were griefed? We were having the funnest time in Holo to date at that time because Lite was on day 3 with no sleep to stop us from getting 2 corpses that we were leaving there for the counter troll.

Only 1 member was actually upset that he couldn't stroll through and loot his corpse 5 minutes after Draco wipe (Charlatan blue player alrdy quit, in retrospect the name Charlatan made sense, he only came to gear up and cross server trade)

When people talk shit on a guild it is normally targeted towards a select few, that being the leadership. No one really cares about the majority that just show up and do what they are told.

If a guild is RMTing or something else unfavorable towards the server there is reason to be upset at a guild.

Everyone knows there are good people in all guilds that are just along for the ride, that is irrelevant.

Makes me smile too as holocaust was completely different when the server opened and is responsible for alot of the pop dropping from 600-100. But that was 3 years ago and it seems things have changed and theyve learned not to cut the branch theyre sitting on. To read Nirgon though is a bit funny, like a bit overboard blue to me but if its making the numbers climb for a while its good for the server.
