This has got to be the work of the inside RMT circle, farming SolA for max profit. No doubt about it. Good work!

A lot of people have said it, but this is a very common bug. It's usually caused by entering a zone at the same time as someone else, but not always. When you loaded the zone, you didn't get the information for this player for whatever reason. You can't see them, you can't /who them, and if they kill something you'll get the unseen hand message. They will show up on /who all though, since that's looking at server info as opposed to zone info. If you camped out and back in, you'd be able to see them fine.

There are less people than you can count on one hand that have the commands to do this using GM powers, which are all tracked. After years of tin foil hats and conspiracy theories I guarantee those few people have no desire to play a normal character and steal your Sola loots.
