Why? I don't attribute race, but culture. I'm sorry, but American blacks have a worthless, shit culture, that is not at all conducive to success in a modern society. It's the only way to explain why some groups can overcome egregious, institutionalized racism, and others just can't.

@paulgiamatti shut the fuck up. I said it started centuries ago and hasn't been around in decades, meaning segregation ended decades ago. Racism only exists behind closed doors because you get fucked over in today's society if people know you're a racist.
