Warm bodies could be dumb enough to believe server lag was client side. But when you see mobs and are still lagging lol it's server not connection.

You seriously are an idiot, the mobs still showed, if you LD all mobs disappear... seriously how many times do I have to explain how connection to server works for you.

And yes it can effect certain people, certain zones, it all depends on what is causing the lag.
