Good question Tseng. Last time I checked, Pizza Hut did not serve items with buns, which makes them OK in my book. Sure, they're heavy on the breads, but I cannot think of a bunned item on their menu. Also, anywhere where you can order a Chalupa and medium pepperoni pizza obviously is heads and shoulders above the competition in terms of customer care.

What if someone goes to Jack in The Box and orders tacos, does that count as thinking outside the bun?

Personally, I expect a bit more consideration from a customer service representative of a major corporation. Perhaps Tbell has outsourced such a position to 3rd world countries where Tbell would be considered fine cuisine?
