So far the Pentagon is denying that they killed him.

The rumors of Baghdadi’s death that spread through northern Iraq yesterday may have been triggered by uncertainty over who died in the airstrikes that reportedly killed his aide. And this other article is saying he was only wounded and being treated on the Syrian side of the border. Obviously there are too many contradictions at this point to really know what's up but I hope they got him. His fighters and other followers seem to love and respect him even more than Osama bin Laden so if he is dead his replacement has some pretty big shoes to fill. That could really make a difference in how well this all goes.

I like how Obama forgets that he doesn't need to break for extended applause like he does on his campaign stops when he is speaking to the UN and kinda looks back at his speech with disappointment.

Maybe this story was kind of u know, like, totally, manufactured to kind of make ISIS have all the more reason to be a threatening enemy to us and who knows which side, if not both sides are like in on it.
