Dex modifies damage on ranged attacks? I think that's not true. Dex has no effect on any dmg amount calcs, at least as far as I am aware.

Level has a huge effect on how often you make contact. If you are fighting white, yellow or red conning mobs then you will miss a lot more than something a few levels lower than you. attack rating vs ac.

parse yourself with 200 dex and with 100 dex...check results after an hour of each
