I guess if GMs were to treat those separate incidents that occurred over the course of a few years and congeal them into one large case against a guild, then yes, I could see them treating Nizzar's RMTing to Sektor differently.

But I'm pretty sure they looked at the one incident he was being indicted for only.

I suppose you could build a large case against the whole guild of Azrael too if you looked at every single infraction over the course of the entire box and used that as your basis for banning a guild leader, but most GMs are a little less severe than that.

I mean the GMs know Lite boxed/ boxes here, but they don't choose to ban his whole guild because he continuously does one bad thing outside of the rules. They don't even ban his character.

Short answer is you're retarded.

Putting Nizzarr and Sektors in the same league as far as transgressions isn't just ignorant - it's plain stupid.

For that single incident it's perfectly rational to put them in the same boat.

The reality, Jeremy, is probably that the GMs currently handling red had no prior knowledge of his past on blue and weren't going to change a decision they'd already rendered final after learning about his past transgressions.

So Lite dual boxes? lol that's all you got for the countless offenses that have been proven about your guild?

At least I can name specific shit. LMFAO Jeremy has it in his links but the GM's had no clue Nizzar had previously been banned! OMG this shit is too funny, they don't even put any effort into lying it's like watching a mom convincing her kid the Easter Bunny is real.

Problem is we're not 6 years old.

Everyone on staff who handles such things knows exactly how dirty Nizzarr is. Allow me to relate an incident in which me and another TMO person were chatting with a friendly staff-member regarding blue drama. After business was concluded, we hung around and chatted about just lots of stuff (we were all a little sloshed), and one of the topics of discussion was Nizzarr and the situation on red. This was before Nizzarr was banned, in between the time they iced the huge exp bonus and put in the group exp bonus that remains. This staff member went on to emphasize that they knew Nizzarr was "dirty as FUCK," but since the beginning they've always had trouble getting anyone with firsthand experience to talk about it. The staff member went on to say that they knew what he was up to between the cheating, the RMTing, the stripping, and all that other good stuff, and that they were looking to and knew that they eventually would get him for something.

It's just too bad we can't keep scum like this off the box. Nizzarr has a rich history of being a huge fuckwad for personal monetary gain. He may not be his guild's "leader" any more, but he's definitely wielding his tentacles in such a way that some real money is going to end up in his pocket. He knows no other way.

Well of course I know everything your saying is absolutely true, I just don't agree that they can't keep him off. If Sirken treated Nizzar like Cast, his dirty guild of two faced greedy emo's would treat him like a leper.

And he would be banished back to the Burger King drive in window where he belongs.

PRAS THE KING!
