Question regarding rules when camping rare spawns (Grimrot)

No, they can't claim it if they logged out.

Probably been answered, but you cannot log in right before it pops. You forfeit the camp if somebody else is there. Same goes for mobs like Tranix. First come, first serve, but camping is leaving. Though im not sure about that Fishbone Earring mob, since people always log in right when its about to spawn.
