fill out a complete guide app if you're interested in doing more than just forum modding.

give a probation period to new accounts so that they cannot post pics until a certain point in time, or until they reach a certain number of posts etc.

Then they came for youtube videos, and I did not speak out because I did not post them.

Then they came for 20 posts per page, large signatures, images, and gifs. I did not speak out because there was nothing left to post here.

I miss the guestbooks (great for gif storage/linking), I miss being able to have a 200px height gif for my signature, I miss youtube embedding, and most of all...

There is no set time limit. As I stated above, I had a Guide application in for a year before I got brought into the program. Or it could be an hour. It all depends on what we have available, who we need, and what slots need to be filled.

I'd say put in an application and then go about your business. If one day you notice one of us has responded to your thread, or you receive a PM telling you to check your thread, you'll know you got called up.
