what is wrong with this server

I'd like to add that I have my own supertwink I've been playing on and off, and while I don't attack people I've been attacked myself tons of times by legit newbs. Once I get attacked I'll attack them back, sometimes they are grouped with other people who jump in and by the end of the day/week I'm pking the whole zone anyway which was never my intent.

Server pop accordingto homepage says red at 78 and blues at 616...

For not having had a patch or adjustment in the past 2 weeks AND reds still pulling in over 10% of blue pop?

Servers not just mantaining, its on the up and up by 1-2%; nothing wrong about that

Ive been seeing the blue peak in the high 900s and red peaking around 150
