While blue May have over all more loot, red has better geared toons due to the concentration of pixels.

Look a the beta copies. Staff pulled all of the best in slot chars. Nihilum/red has cleric monk rogue paladin wizard druid shaman ranger bard

Red probably has 50% of the gear going to 20% of the people...higher concentration but less overall for sure.
