The Black Nebulous Sapphire isn't used for any Enchanter quest currently, so it doesn't need to drop.

I'm inclined to trust Magelo more since Sky loot tables haven't been modded much over the years but it's a Nilbog call. Not much difference either way though.

Sister of the Spire should NOT drop Ethereal Amethyst (Magelo). This should only drop from trash bees.

Nilbog:

We have killed probably 200~ of the spirocs on Island 5 that drop feathers, yet we have not received an Emerald Feather. Did this possibly get set to 0% drop rate in the swapping of loot tables?

The last record I have of one dropping was in November, before the patch. Do any guilds have logs of looting one in the past 3 months?
