The wood elves in the outpost in LFay are level 25 and squishy. When you're high enough find an evil cleric or shaman to duo with and you can grind out levels as well as get that faction back.

literally 0 reason to worry about this faction. I'm a 60 ogre war who trashed my indigo brother faction.

Only reason I care is simply laziness. The run to Neriak to train and whatnot is a lot closer/shorter than Grobb or Oggok. I guess is doesn't really matter since warriors have so few skills to train, and the ones they do are so few and far between. It's ironic that I can bank in Neriak, but not train, while in Grobb I can train, but not bank.

Have you looked in in the Freeport sewers? There's a Warrior guildmaster there, and I doubt you're KOS.
