I can't believe no one has mentioned sun screen yet. Bring it, use it liberally, and even if its cloudy. I can't tell you how bad of a sunburn I got once when it as completely overcast, I figured "Fuck it the sun isn't even out." Big mistake.
Bring some weed/hash imo, always a necessity for camping. Flashlights, Water (duh), paper towels, trash bags (don't fucking litter!!), extra clothes incase it rains or something terrible happens. I would deffinetly bring pants and a long sleeve shirt even if its hot out, for avoiding mosquito bites.

toilet paper, basic first aid kit, a box of matches and a lighter, chairs, trash bags (leave no trace), a good knife, a gun if allowed and warranted by wildlife including humans, sunscreen if there's no shade, water in easily compacted containers, canned food, appropriate sleeping bags depending on environment, proper foot wear, a smaller tent
