I know you are not the brightest colgate, but you do understand that with variance the chance of a mob spawning outside prime time is greater than it spawning in prime time.

24 hours in a day. Prime time is about 8pm to 2am est. That means there are 18 hours outside prime time the mob could spawn.

For the slow people like Colgate.

25% chance to spawn in prime time with variance.
75% chance to spawn outside prime time with variance.

there is 0% chance for any mobs to spawn in primetime when the server is reset at 4 AM and will likely stay that way for 3+ months

Server repoped with almost no notice. Nihilum had 13 people for VS on what you could say was a variance pop. No one else showed up.
