That shit happened to me when I was 18. Shits classic, had to do probation, no cconvictions.

If you are put on probation then you either plead guilty or were convicted. If you won the case then you wouldn't of been put on probation. U srs?

I pled guilty, I had to since I told the police everything when I was arrested. ..like an idiot. My lawyer told me nothing would have happened if I had refused to talk. Was very ignorant of the law. Fortunately the girl didnt try and screw me over like her dad wanted her to, and her story lined up with mine. I was scared shitless.
