Pretty sure the drummer for Rick K and the Allnighters blow that guy out the water. Watch the whole thing.

So you admit you didn't even watch the video. I don't care, but it's very obvious Brian Chippendale doesn't use double bass, which I guess is a testament to his skill since you didn't notice. Since you don't even know what you're looking at it doesn't surprise me that you're another "John Bonham and Neil Pert are teh best drummers evar!!!11" regurgitater.

I wish I could find a live video of it but I've always felt that the single best drumming I have ever heard is by Ralph Humphrey on Frank Zappa's Over-night Sensation album - specifically the song "Camarillo Brillo". Seriously, just like the whole song the guy is ripping it up. Definitely a lot of really talented people out there though and some great videos in this thread.
For those of you unfamiliar with Zappa - here is a link to Camarillo Brillo. The sound seems a bit off in this video, but what can you really expect from youtube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0s6fb...eature=related

Flailing around isn't good drumming. So he doesn't have a double bass... my b. I found the video appalling and embarrassing so I didn't watch much of it. Anybody can flail around on a drumset its very easy.
