First time I heard of Platlord was when Rogean name dropped him years back. I thought that was a bit odd that you'd see one of the creators of the server do that if there was such an anti-RMT stance... but ultimately that doesn't mean shit and proves nothing. It's probably just a coincidence.
I don't think coincidence is the right word. He is a long time nemesis. It's a constant battle and the GM's keep up the good fight. There are other names Rogean mentions from time to time that are thorns in his side for different reasons. I don't want to mention them here, but you probably know if you pay attention "As P99 Turns".

I know [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] These guys are awesome. They aren't perfect, but they are very good at what they do.

On a final note, YOU can know too. All you have to do is apply here: https://www.project1999.com/forums/f...splay.php?f=33

You're more like the Elastic Man if anything.

GM Unbrella has been thwarted many times trying to become GM. I also think my becoming a guide would cause a huge conflict of interest (y'know, like Bisch / Ambrotos cough cough)

Because banning and punishing all people who break rules is a conflict of interest. Spot on. I had toons in all guilds including yours. Jeremy was once really close in finding out, along with tiggles.

As for Platlord, the guy has money. It takes money to make money. He gets caught, most of his stuff poofs. Restock with plat from items not found with raised prices and resell that. If all his stuff is found, drop 1k on items/plat from people and raise the prices. It's a never ending cycle. In the end people get caught, but those who are driven more to do it will find a way to keep going.

No, Bisch. Playing in the raiding scene and being a gm/guide is a possible conflict of interest.

Dealing with raid conflicts as a member of a said guild could always lead to a conflict. Why do you think I quit playing on this server back in Feb 2012? I was asked to handle raid issues from Amelinda oh wait, she had a active toon in tmo at the time yet you don't even mention her and the stuff she pulled, and so I quit playing. If you want to accuse people don't just stop with me, lay it all out then.

Why do you think my former guild died after I started dealing with raid issues? It sure wasn't because I was favoring them. So stop deluding yourself.
