I'm a full time engineering student. My podiatrist started off in engineering and couldn't do the math so became a doctor. That should tell you how much I have to study and the fact that I have a life means I don't study enough.
Undergrad engineering is a super heavy load if you do take it seriously. Podiatrist however have the lowest GPA and MCAT scores compared to allopathic/osteopathic medical school or dental school students. They also default the most on their loans and have the lowest pay.

Yea, I take it seriously, but I have to put in even more work. The tough part is, like I took a short cram session Cal 3 class, studied about 3-4 hrs a day on days i had school and 6-7 hrs a day when I didn't and I got a B. Then the semester ended and when the new, long semester started, I fell out of my rhythm, and got lazy. It took me a while to get back in the mode. I had to readjust to the new schedule and now with these last 4 weeks, I'm in cram mode.

American kids think you get a degree you automatically win, don't mean dick.

sorry.
Ok, too bad for them. I don't know what the point of your comment is. Also I'm 36 years old, so I'm not a kid.

Just keep in mind that "Freshaccnt" lives with his grandmother in Florida and grows tomatoes in her backyard to sell for a living.

I'm sure youll do fine bro. A college education is invaluable in this day and age. Even if you want to work for the sanitation department you still need an associates degree in NYC.

Funny you mention NYC, that's where I live. Yea, I don't know what his problem is or what he thinks I should be doing instead.

I actually need to be doing better. I'm about to grad with my assoc in civ engineering. I have a 3.0-3.1 overall GPA but only a 2.6 in the maths and sciences. I'm waiting to hear from City College, but if I don't get in there I have to apply to NYU and Hofstra. Most of my classmates are going to go to SUNY Buffalo, but I'm married and own a house, so that's not an option. Private school's are great, but so expensive. My problem is I have too many other hobbies besides my school work.
