I also wait to make sure I camp out. It doesn't matter if I'm in a 'safe' zone with nothing but pseudo newbs around me. It mainly comes from the fact that on live many years ago, the server wouldn't sync properly occasionally unless you made a trade with another toon. Camping out the long way allows the server more chances to update.

I had forgotten to mention this, but yes thats another reason I do it ^ my guild on live always encouraged this to ensure we didnt lose our phat lewtz!
