shame youve all been brainwashed by GoT

if it werent a book series and didn't already have a huge fanbase it never would have made it past season 1.

should left it as a book imo.

Not sure what Vikings is up to now, but i watched most of the first season and it didn't hook me at all and I love Viking/Norse lore.

Game of Thrones on the other hand hooked me easily a few episodes in.

Shows like Davinci's Demons tried to capitalize on GoT type story telling as well, but its written very weakly, at least the first 6 or so episodes I saw.

GoT has story telling 100% which is great, i also like daytime soap operas no offense relax.

Its just so slow especially having to wait a week between sodes sometimes you wont get anything but dialogue for 2-3 weeks which is great i love the politics in got but i wanna see something happen!

Vikings just started S2 and its getting better you can tell they got a much larger budget this season.

I like and keep up with both, but vikings is far more entertaining imo

I really tried to like DaVinci's Demons. I'm a fan of the real DaVinci ever since seeing a documentary about him once. Really interesting guy and one of the top 3 historical figures I would loved to meet if I could go back in time.

As for the Vikings show.. have never seen it but I seriously doubt it's better than GoT. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Maybe I'll check it out, maybe I won't. Meh.

You have to think of GoT as a book not a series. It's 1000 pages each book and the series is extremely watered down.

I've only watched GoT season 1 because I'm just finishing book two. When I'm fully done I'll watch season 2, then read book 3, watch season 3 etc.

yeah its a shame they are trying to force it into a series, just heard today there is also a ftp got mmo.

Really each book should be 2 televised seasons they can't fit it all in 12 episodes and I can only imagine whats cut out, well aside from all the battle scenes
