They only log on to kill dragons and when they get raped in pvp they make up a excuse they are on break or playing D3 so why does it matter?

Not really, I haven't made raids consistently for months due to no longer being able to raid @ work but still logged on in my timezone.

When the only options in game are to solo or PvP Azrael (if any are online) the server gets boring. I don't want to play on a server with 11 people in my prime time, hence the request to transfer to blue.
