Prolly going to just regulate ooc with rules implemented and get the new guides to report on ooc rule breaking. Ooc needs to be in place for a low pop server and especially with velious and more zones out.

I dunno, only difference to +/- 4 is you can't attack players 5-8 levels lower than you. Not like 52s are gonna argue that they want to attack 60s.

No timeline, but supposedly the exp change was supposed to go live today but alecta had a fuck up, so one would think it would be very soon, but red99 etc

Oh and Sirken basically confirmed that rogean detests this server and wants nothing to do with it
