Prolly going to just regulate ooc with rules implemented and get the new guides to report on ooc rule breaking. Ooc needs to be in place for a low pop server and especially with velious and more zones out.

If thats the big announcement then why sit on it? Its not like thats very hard to deliver. I'm pretty novice at code but I believe I could throw that together in a day or two.

Group exp bonus would need to be coded in. Coders are a limited resource and are working on many different things. Possible blessing required by upper management required too.

I dunno, only difference to +/- 4 is you can't attack players 5-8 levels lower than you. Not like 52s are gonna argue that they want to attack 60s.
