I think lard would be a decent currency, like in buckets.

Problem is we live in a complex simulation and ATP and caloric expenditure are just the tip of an iceberg. Their not even real. Just simplified models. That predict certain specific outcomes. They don't even involve the complex interactions of DNA replication. They neglect the flora and fauna of the human bodies ecosystem which is full of billions of strains of bacteria and virus's all interacting. As well as prions, enzymes, and amino acids and other substances. The human body doesn't exist of neatly contained and understood cells. It's full of all kinds of living organisms and unliving chemicals that are vital to it's optimal functioning. It is also tied deeply to it's environment. Peoples body PH reflects their diet and illness or wellness. Yet more is reflected on environmental factors even.

I suggest a more hollistic and experimental approach supported by current scientific understanding and methodology.

The rabbit hole goes deeper... there is plenty of ancient mythical knowledge that covers this. Science is just barely beginning to grasp the depth and breadth of "human".

Currency. Blood. Money. It's just one tiny aspect of something much more vast and deep. Topic is about currency. I believe it is abstracted and controlled on purpose. Annuit Coeptis.

Annuit cœptis (/ˈænjuːɪt ˈsɛptɨs/; in classical Latin: [ˈannwɪt ˈkojptɪs]) is one of two mottos on the reverse side of the Great Seal of the United States. (The second motto is Novus ordo seclorum; another motto appears on the obverse side of the Great Seal: E pluribus unum).[1] Taken from the Latin words annuo (third-person singular present or perfect annuit), "to nod" or "to approve", and coeptum (plural coepta), "commencement, undertaking", it is literally translated, "S/he approves of the undertakings" or "S/he has approved of the undertakings" (annuit could be in either the present or perfect tense).[2]

Nuit or (Nu) is a godess from ancient egypt. Ann is also unique. It is no coincidense our mother goddess worshiping sumerian occult understanding forefothers plastard our currency with all this...

Anne, alternatively spelled Ann is a form of the Latin female given name Anna. This in turn is a representation of the Hebrew Hannah or Hanani, meaning 'He has favoured me', the name of the mother of the prophet Samuel. Anne is a common name in France.

Dig further and further in all the linguistic variations of our species and mythologies and the rabbit hole is endless.

Needless to say. There's a level of understanding even beyond my simple understanding of how deep this thing goes.

It's not that people are necessarily controlled this way. It is that the people exercising their will on the greater whole have a language, subtlety and understanding much greater than the mere man of this world.
