But at this point you can throw the bad apples out all you want, they will just get helped back to the top by their equally corrupt pals (see Elder-mo-ran's corrupt leader board). When the player investment to staff investment time ratio is such that they can get a character to 60 faster (and commit Norrathian crimes of the highest caliber) than you can investigate and ban them... it becomes clear that a PURGE is in order. Tear the whole fucking corrupt structure down and hopefully those who are overly invested will leave never to return. Only for the box to be populated by fresh, pure blood.

If the possibility the news were to be the server is shutting down. I say tell us all now. It will be a lot less painless to just rip the band-aid off fast.

I think it is easily accepted and people will just stop playing and move along, and this server can be taken down sooner. Maybe I am wrong.

Sirken teases us with a story that would apparently answer many questions regarding both past actions regarding, and future direction of the box is almost like your boss saying "i need to see you in my office friday afternoon." Most people would imagine all kinds of, largely negitive, scenerios of what that could entail, and bounce those ideas off of peers. or its like puttiing a 16 year old girl in front of a caveman, either one.

Voidd confirmed vztz wasn't getting shut down so i spent a weekend making a serious promo for that box to increase box pop, 2 weeks after release it was wiped!
