How do I make this happen so I can take a non-terrible screenshot.

No idea. Zoned out from SRO to NRO and it started getting progressively worse each zone/char switch. Restarting game made it go away.

Did you host this on a potato?

Haha. The forums have a max size or pixel count I think, so I was forced to keep them potato sized. I have the original (~4mb) files of the screens I posted, but don't know where to host them.
