Go check out ProjectEQ's class forums, and notice by the time stamps on the posts how long they remain inactive. A wiki per class would be a better idea.

I would imagine these forums are a lot more active as I can tell already from PEQ, yea they have 200 or 300 some odd people, but really they only have like a handful of people botting 6 - 25+ some toons. This server has about 700+ easily no bots with at least what appears to be a much more active community and involved [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] I don't think it would be quite as dead on here imo. However I do agree with the whole wiki part if we can get people to get involved with gathering info, that would be great as well.
