People who need to ask this question are normally new and therefore not rich. So, in my opinion, the best bang for the buck is Bone Razor (or cheap blood point) / CSS pre-epic. Bone Razor stats should be fine to get you to a level you can run your own epic. 1.5K + 3k, plus you get to keep the offhand post epic.
Epic / Seb Dirk is where you try to be for end game. | ||
